Burning Body
Netflix on Tuesday unveiled the official trailer of its Spanish-language crime thriller series Burning Body. Inspired by true events, the series stars Úrsula Corberó of Money Heist fame alongside Quim Gutiérrez, Eva Llorach, Raúl Prieto, Isak Férriz and José Manuel Poga.
The one-minute-29-second-long trailer shows how things turn volatile after the charred body of a police officer appears inside a car in the Foix reservoir, Barcelona. The investigation reveals a network of toxic relationships, deceit, violence and sex scandals involving police officers.
Burning Body will arrive on Netflix on September 8.
Cassandro
Prime Video on Tuesday evening dropped the official trailer of its upcoming American biographical drama film Cassandro. Directed by Roger Ross Williams, the film stars Gael García Bernal in the titular role alongside Roberta Colindrez, Perla De La Rosa, Raúl Castillo and Joaquín Cosio.
The two-minute-15-second-long trailer follows the true story of Cassandro, the ‘exotico’ character in Luca Libre wrestling created by Saúl Armendáriz. Saul is a gay amateur wrestler from El Paso who rose to international stardom through wrestling and exotic exploits.
Cassandro will be streaming on Prime Video from September 22.
Life on Our Planet
The official teaser of Netflix’s upcoming natural history series Life on Our Planet was shared by the streamer. The series is executive produced by Steven Speilberg and created by the team behind Our Planet.
The one-minute-23-second-long teaser chronicles the story of life on earth. The show promises to take us on a visual journey to explain the origins of life from the beginning.
Life on Our Planet will be streaming on Netflix from October 25.
Bambai Meri Jaan
Prime Video India on Tuesday evening shared the official poster of its upcoming period crime drama series Banbai Meri Jaan. The series stars Kay Kay Menon, Avinash Tiwari, Amyra Dastur, Kritika Kamra, Hussain Dalal, Nivedita Bhattacharya and Saurabh Sachdeva.
The streamers shared the poster on X (Previously Twitter) with the caption “The edge of your seat was made for a story like this! #BambaiMeriJaanOnPrime, new series, coming soon”
