BTS member RM released the music video of his new single LOST! on Friday alongside his new album Right Place, Wrong Person.
Written and directed by Aube Perrie, the video also features actors Audrey Kang, Hee Shin, Stephany Yujin, Natalia Bulynia, Taz Singh and Miji Yi. It has already garnered 3.1 million views on YouTube and is currently trending at No. 2 on the streamer.
The video begins with two TV hosts introducing RM’s new song on their show and then the K-pop singer’s head pops out of the desk. He looks around and finds himself standing inside a maze. We see RM navigating various situations and consistently feeling lost. He travels from one plain to another only to get even more confused and tangled in his thoughts.
The narrative of the video is an anecdote of experiencing contradicting thoughts clashing at the same time. “I'm goddamn lost, I never been to club before, I hit the club, I never felt so free before, You're goddamn ghost, I never felt so fine before, I hit the cloud,” belts out the singer.
RM’s new album Right Place, Wrong Person features 11 new tracks including Nuts, Damodachi, Out of Love, Heaven, Groin and Come Back To Me. The music video for Come Back To Me premiered on May 10.
At present, all BTS members — RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook — are serving in the South Korean military.
