Hollywood actress Demi Moore has posted a video of her ex-husband Bruce Willis, who turned 68 on Sunday, celebrating his birthday with wife Emma Heming Willis, daughters and other family members at home.

Taking to Instagram, the Striptease actress also thanked the actor’s fans who wished him on his special day. “Happy birthday, BW! So glad we could celebrate you today. Love you and love our family. Thank you to everyone for the love and warm wishes — we all feel them,” she wrote.

Willis’s current wife, Emma Heming Wallis, also posted a sweet birthday message for the actor on Instagram. It contains a montage of clips from their personal life with the Stevie Wonder song I’ll Be Loving You Always playing in the background. “He is pure love. He is so loved. And I’ll be loving him always. Happy Birthday my sweet 💌 My birthday wish for Bruce is that you continue to keep him in your prayers and highest vibrations because his sensitive Pisces soul will feel it 🙏🏽 Thank you so much for loving and caring for him too 💞”, she wrote.

Last month, Willis was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD) last month. In a separate video posted on Willis’s birthday yesterday, Emma shared the challenges related to Willis’s affliction and how the love coming in from fans has been helping the family cope with the situation. “Today is one of those days of feeling the grief and sadness. But the silver lining or the flip side is that I’m so lucky to feel your warmth and love that is directed to my husband and our family. I see your messages, your stories that you share, and all I can say is thank you. Your connection helps me and I hope it helps you in a small way to know that I see you and I deeply understand your journey as well💞,” she wrote.

Willis is one of Hollywood’s most recognisable action heroes starring in the Die Hard and Red franchises. Last year, the actor announced his retirement from acting due to his health constraints. His final film appearance will be in Jesse Atlas’s action thriller Assassin, which is scheduled to release in select theatres and then direct to video on March 31.
