A lot happened in Bigg Boss OTT 2 on the second day of Family Week. Pooja Bhatt and Abhishek Malhan emerged as the final contenders for ‘Ticket to Finale’ after completion of the hotel task on Tuesday evening, while family members of Jiya Shankar, Elvish Yadav, Bebika Dhurve and Pooja Bhatt visited the BB house.

Pooja wins three stars, Abhishek gets two

The BB hotel challenge involved collecting stars from family members of contestants who entered the BB house this week. Pooja received three stars from Avinash Sachdev’s mum, Jiya Shankar's mother and Bebika Dhurve's father, while Manisha Rani’s father and Elvish Yadav’s dad gave their stars to Abhishek.

Among the other contestants, Bebika and Elvish received one star each from Pooja’s father and Abhishek’s mum, respectively. With the maximum stars collected, Pooja and Abhishek are also in the running for captaincy for one last time.

Jiya’s mum reveals why she is sensitive

The family visit brought in a rush of emotions on the second day when Jiya's mum entered the house. She warmly embraced Pooja and expressed how fortunate Jiya was to be in the Bigg Boss OTT 2 house with her. Bebika playfully introduced Abhishek as her son-in-law, to which Jiya’s mother humorously replied that all Jiya needs is love in life.

During a heartfelt moment with Abhishek, Jiya’s mum shared a touching story of her separation from Jiya's father, mentioning that Jiya is sensitive and emotional.

Mahesh Bhatt’s words of wisdom

Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt shared stories from his struggling days during his brief stay inside the Bigg Boss house. He revealed how Pooja had become the family’s pillar during tough times. He expressed immense pride in seeing her journey on the reality show, feeling assured that she is doing exceptionally well. Mahesh Bhatt also gave valuable career advice to Manisha and praised Avinash’s relationship with Falaq Naaz.

Elvish tears up on seeing his father

Elvish was moved to tears upon seeing his father's entry into the house. Elvish's dad shared his admiration for Pooja, adding a delightful connection between them. He reassured his son that he need not worry about what is happening outside the house and to concentrate on his game inside.

Janardhan Dhurve’s predictions

The contestants had a bonding experience with Bebika’s father Janardhan Dhurve, a famed astrologer who made predictions about their future in a playful activity. He said Manisha has a bright future ahead and is likely to get married by 2024.

Janardhan also predicted a prosperous future for Abhishek, adding that he will find his life partner soon. He also bonded with Jad Hadid and said that the Dubai-based model will have a happy second marriage. He predicted that Elvish will get married at 30 and assured Pooja that she will experience a great career revival.
