Comedian-actor Krushna Abhishek turned host for the Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss OTT 2 in the absence of show host Salman Khan on Saturday night, while comedian Bharti Singh hosted the episode on Sunday that featured special guests like former contestants Sumbul Touqeer Khan, Nishant Bhat and actress Shriya Pilgaonkar.

Although no housemate was evicted this week, there were some intense moments and verbal clashes among the contestants during the tasks given by the host and guests on the show.

Krushna organised a ‘Badi Badi Baatein Vada Pav Khaate’ task during which he exposed the double standards of the housemates. Krushna said that the contestants made lofty promises when they entered the house but couldn't live up to them.

The task's first target was Falaq Naaz, who was shown a clip from the first episode, in which she claimed to speak up against any abusive language used in the house. Krushna then asked the other contestants for their opinions on whether Falaq had stayed true to her words, but everyone denied it. As a consequence, Falaq was compelled to eat a vada pav made of bitter gourd.

The next victim of the task was Avinash Sachdev, who again failed to prove that his actions in the house were similar to his claims in the promos. Except Pooja Bhatt, Abhishek Malhan and Bebika Dhurve, everyone got a vada pav as the house unanimously agreed that these three contestants lived up to their promises.

Bharti asked wild card contestants Elvish Yadav and Aashika Bhatia to highlight their own positive qualities that made them better than each other. This resulted in Aashika breaking down while defending her position in the house.

Later, the contestants were asked to choose between Aashika and Elvish to be their personal assistant. Elvish received more votes and was appointed as the personal assistant. However, Bharti presented Manisha Rani, the current captain of the house, with three veto cards, allowing her to overrule certain requests by housemates. Subsequently, Elvish was seen massaging Abhishek's legs as part of his duties. Bebika also asked him to clean her bed.

In the task set by Nishant, housemates had to give a glass of juice, which came with a tag, to other contestants. Pooja gave a glass titled ‘kadvi zubaan’ to Elvish, leading to a heated exchange. Manisha Rani and Bebika gave glasses with the tags ‘kadvi zubaan’ and ‘paltu’ to each other. Jiya received three glasses — tagged ‘kadvi zubaan’, ‘boring’ and ‘ghamandi’ — from Elvish. She gave the ‘boring’ and ‘kadvi zubaan’ tags to Aashika. Meanwhile, Avinash got the ‘boring’ glass from Aashika and Falaq gave the ‘kadvi zubaan’ tag to Abhishek.

Shriya organised a paper dance task involving four pairs of contestants — Jiya and Abhishek, Falaq and Avinash, Jad and Manisha, Elvish and Bebika. During the task, Abhishek and Jiya shared some romantic moments while gracefully completing the paper dance, and they emerged as the winners of the task.
