TV actor Avinash Sachdev accused YouTuber Elvish Yadav of provoking him with snide remarks, leading to an altercation between the two contestants on the Salman Khan-hosted reality show Bigg Boss OTT 2 on Friday.
Avinash challenged Elvish, a wildcard entrant, to speak directly to his face. "If you're brave enough, say it to my face. Don't create chaos in the house; everything has been fine so far,” he said.
In response, Elvish passed personal remarks about Avinash which angered him all the more.
As the war of words escalated, other housemates — Abhishek Malhan, Falaq Naaz, Manisha Rani, and Bebika Dhurve — tried to intervene and pacify the two. While Bebika supported Elvish, Falaq said his provocative actions were wrong.
Abhishek attempted to calm the situation, urging Elvish not to involve anyone’s family during fights. Elvish clarified that he never intended to say anything about Avinash's father. "I have learned one thing, my friend. It's difficult to have a fight without resorting to abusive language," he added.
