TV actor Neil Bhatt was nominated for the remaining season of Bigg Boss 17 following a spat between him and Ankita Lokhande in the latest episode of the Salman Khan-hosted reality show.
The tiff between the two TV personalities started during this week's nomination task when Neil decided to nominate Ankita. As the argument escalated, Ankita’s husband Vicky Jain intervened in an attempt to pacify the two, advising Neil to listen to others and relax. However, Neil didn’t pay heed to his requests.
After the nominations concluded, Bigg Boss sprang another surprise and asked the Dimaag room inmates — Vicky, Arun Mashettey, Sunny Arya, Sana Raees Khan, and Anurag Dobhal — to collectively nominate someone for the entire season in place of Anurag. In a mutual decision, the Dimaag room housemates chose Neil, while Anurag's penalty was lifted.
Anurag was earlier nominated for the entire season by Bigg Boss for breaking house rules. An argument between Anurag and Arun had turned violent when Anurag broke crockery in the kitchen. As a result, Bigg Boss had nominated Anurag for eviction until the end of the season. Subsequently, Anurag had expressed his desire for a voluntary exit from the Bigg Boss house. In the latest episode, Anurag’s punishment was lifted but his request for voluntary exit is pending Bigg Boss’ approval.
