Bigg Boss 17 couples Ankita Lokhande-Vicky Jain and Aishwarya Sharma-Neil Bhatt put their respective differences aside and celebrated Karva Chauth in the latest episode of the Salman Khan-hosted reality show, airing daily on Colors TV.

The evening was marked by an atmosphere of love and togetherness, as both Ankita and Aishwarya donned stunning saris for the occasion. Ankita looked radiant in a deep pink ensemble, while Aishwarya chose a red sari. To add to the festive spirit, their family members sent them mangalsutras and other essential puja items for the Karva Chauth rituals. Recognising the significance of the day, Bigg Boss allowed the couples to rest during their fast.

In a touching gesture, Vicky also observed the fast for Ankita and actively participated in the Karva Chauth rituals with her, demonstrating their commitment to each other.

However, the serene atmosphere in the house took an unexpected turn when close friends Mannara Chopra and Munawar Faruqui had a heated showdown. Feeling ignored by Munawar, Mannara expressed her frustration by shouting at him, saying, "Main isko bahut mana chuki hu aur aaj ke baad main isko kabhi attention nahi dungi". She later broke down and requested Bigg Boss to let her leave the show.

Munawar, on his part, explained his reasons for distancing himself from Mannara. When Bigg Boss called the duo to the confession room, Munawar explained, “The reason why I maintained distance is because the housemates were linking me up with her. And I didn't want my life outside to get affected because of this. So I decided to keep my distance."

The comedian also shared some personal details about his life, mentioning that he has been in a relationship for two years. Furthermore, he revealed that he had been married in 2017 but separated from his wife after three years. Last year, their divorce was finalised, and he was granted custody of their son. Munawar disclosed that he has grown very attached to his son and they are inseparable.

"I am a different person in terms of work. I know he is watching me. He is my fan, he knows all my songs and watches my music videos. He sees everything that I post and now he will stay with me. My ex-wife got married so now my son will stay with me only. In the past four-five months, I got so close to him that there is no limit to that affection. He is very smart,” Munawar said.
