Childhood friends Ananya Panday and Navya Naveli Nanda went book shopping on Sunday and bonded over “kadak chai and cheese toast” at a cafe, shows a video shared by the former on Instagram.
“Kadak chai, cheese toast, book shopping and Navya’s driving. Prithvi Sunday,” the Dream Girl 2 actress captioned her reel shared on Sunday.
Set to the song Hone Do Jo Hota Hai from Ananya’s latest Netflix film Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, the video shows Navya driving their car while Ananya records the highlights of their day out in Mumbai. The two friends spent a fun-filled time at a bookstore where Ananya bought Gabrielle Zevin’s novel Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow. At the end of their day, Ananya and Navya visited a cafe where they indulged in tea and cheese toast.
Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan, who missed out on the fun, commented, “Wow nice.” Ananya’s mother Bhavana Panday dropped white heart emojis in the comments section.
Recently, Ananya featured in an eyewear advertisement with her rumoured boyfriend Aditya Roy Kapur. The couple twinned in light purple outfits.
Ananya, who made her acting debut with 2019’s Student of the Year 2, appeared in Dream Girl 2 alongside Ayushmann Khurrana and in Netflix’s Kho Gaye Hum Kahan in 2023. She will be next seen in the Amazon Prime Video series Call Me Bae.
