Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan recently took a ride on a stranger’s Royal Enfield Himalayan motorcycle to avoid the “unsolvable traffic jam” of Mumbai and reach his shooting location on time.

Sharing the picture on Instagram on Sunday, the actor thanked the bike driver. “Thank you for the ride buddy .. don’t know you .. but you obliged and got me on time to location of work .. faster and in avoidance of the unsolvable traffic jams .. thank you capped , shorts and yellowed T-shirt owner,” he wrote.

The driver, Abdur Razak, responded to Amitabh’s post in the comments section. “@amitabhbachchan, Sir the most beautiful and wonderful thing of my life, after my daughter Alaya. I saw you the first time during the shoot of DOSTANA in the 70s at Juhu flying club, with Zeenat ji. Then on your first TVC BPL i worked with you. With Rakesh Mehra. And yesterday was a dream come through. Thank you so much 🙏 Sir Abdul Razak.”

The Uunchai actor’s post also attracted comments from other Bollywood celebs. Actress Sayani Gupta praised Amitabh for his dedication to work and punctuality. “Had always heard Mr. Bachchan @amitabhbachchan has always been the most punctual! Can see today what honouring Time truly means to you! 🫡❤️🙌 I hope actors can learn a thing or two from this! 🤓,” she wrote in the comment section.

Actor Rohit Bose Roy couldn’t contain his amazement at the 80–year-old actor’s energy. “You are the cooooolest dude on earth Amit ji! Love you ❤️,” he commented below Amitabh’s post.

Bachchan’s granddaughter Navya Nanda also reacted to the post with smiling and heart emojis.
