Veteran Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan announced Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 15 through a promotional video on Tuesday.

The 45-second video, featuring Amitabh in his suited-up game host avatar, shows a woman digging under her house for treasure and ending up on the sets of Kaun Banega Crorepati. The 80-year-actor then lets her know that instead of trying different tactics to get on the game show, anyone can register for it on the dates released by the makers.

Registration for the game show will be opening at 9pm from April 29 onwards on Sony Entertainment Television.

Sony’s social media handle posted the promotional video. “To register for #KBC15, do not attempt different tactics, instead pick up your phone on April 29 at 9pm and answer the questions asked by us,” it writes in Hindi.

Amitabh has been hosting the game show since its first season in 2000, except for Season 3, which was hosted by Shah Rukh Khan in 2007.

The 14th season of the game show, which had celebrated 75 years of Independence in India, had concluded on December 30 last year. Aamir Khan, Mary Kom, Sunil Chhetri, Major D.P. Singh, Kiara Advani, Vicky Kaushal and Akshay Kumar were among the several celebrity guests who were present on some of the episodes of the previous season.
