Alia Bhatt penned a heartfelt note for her husband Ranbir Kapoor on Saturday following the release of his latest film Animal, congratulating him for the “huge strides” he takes as an actor and as a father.
The Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani star revealed in her note that Ranbir helped their one-year-old daughter Raha take her first steps today.
Sharing pictures of Ranbir on Instagram, the Heart of Stone actress wrote, “For all that you are on and off camera. For the patience, silence and love you give your craft..& for the person you are to your family. For taking such huge strides as an artist. For literally making our daughter take her first steps today.. 🥹🥹… Congratulations my not so little animal.”
The 30-year-old actress could not contain her excitement as a proud mother upon seeing her daughter take her first steps today and she thanked Ranbir for making it happen. The toddler turned one-year-old on November 6.
About Ranbir’s Animal that was released in theatres on Friday, Alia wrote that his performance completely blew everyone away.
The actress shared a monochrome picture of Ranbir clad in a black suit, greeting fans probably after the screening of Animal. The second picture has a wholesome feel to it as Ranbir reads a bedtime story to Raha whose face isn’t yet revealed.
Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal also stars Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and Bobby Deol. It was released in theatres on Friday.
