Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan are all smiles with their daughter Aaradhya in a family picture following their 17th marriage anniversary on April 20, dispelling rumours of a rift between the couple which had been circulating on social media.
The selfie taken by Aishwarya with her husband and daughter shows Aaradhya leaning on her mother’s shoulders. Abhishek rested his chin on his daughter’s forehead in the picture.
While Abhishek sported a beige shirt, Aishwarya matched Aaradhya’s pink-print ensemble with a pink outfit. The actress complemented her look with sleek hair and vibrant red lips.
Bollywood stars Bobby Deol, Riteish Deshmukh, Sonu Sood, Esha Deol and Remo Dsouza commented on Abhishek’s post, extending their love and regards to the family.
Abhishek and Aishwarya, who fell in love on the sets of Sanjay Gadhvi’s 2006 action thriller Dhoom 2, tied the knot in a traditional Hindu ceremony on April 20, 2007. Their daughter was born on November 16, 2011.
On the work front, Abhishek last appeared in R. Balki’s sports drama Ghoomer, also starring Shabana Azmi, Saiyami Kher and Angad Bedi. Aishwarya, on the other hand, was last seen in Mani Ratnam’s epic historical action drama film Ponniyin Selvan: II alongside Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Trisha, Jayaram, Prabhu, R. Sarathkumar and Sobhita Dhulipala.
