Sushmita Sen’s Aarya Sareen is caught between drug trafficking and her three kids in the trailer of Aarya Season 3 - Antim Vaar, which will become available to stream on Disney+ Hotstar from February 9.

Dropped by the makers on Tuesday, the two-minute-four-second-long trailer begins with Arya’s decision to become an arms supplier for a Russian mobster. Her plans, however, hit a hitch as the mobster threatens to kill her children if she is unable to deliver on her promises. Worse still, she loses the trust and confidence of the children amidst the ensuing chaos as they call her “selfish” and “pathetic” for putting their lives on the line for a business deal.

Aarya’s former faithful worker, played by Sikander Kher, also appears in the trailer, convincing her to give up on her children instead of herself when her thoughts turn to suicide after being severely rebuked by the children.

The video ends on a note of suspense when Sushmita’s character is shot right in the chest and collapses on the floor.

The first part of the third season of the crime thriller, written and directed by Ram Madhvani, hit Disney+ Hotstar on November 3 last year. Aarya Season 3 - Antim Vaar will be the final chapter of the Sushmita-led crime drama that chronicles how a simple homemaker builds up a criminal empire after her husband’s death to support her children.

Nominated for the International Emmy Awards for Best Drama series, Aarya Season 3 - Antim Vaar also features Maya Sarao, Vikas Kumar, Indraneil Sengupta, Vishwajeet Pradhan, Geetanjali Kulkarni and Sohaila Kapur.
