The teaser of Ghore Pherar Gaan, starring Parambrata Chattopadhyay and Ishaa Saha, dropped recently. Directed by Aritra Sen, Ghore Pherar Gaan is a musical that follows the journey of Tora, a girl from the suburbs of Calcutta, to her marital home in London. When she starts searching for solace outside the bounds of her home, she meets Imran, a consummate musician. “The feedback has been fantastic. Everyone has loved the tone and rhythm of the teaser. The music has really been praised and also the look and feel. Besides, the new pairing of Ishaa and Param is piquing everyone’s interest. Now we will move on to the song releases and the trailer to keep the audience engaged before the release of the film. The film will release very soon,” said Aritra.

His long-term creative collaborator Parambrata Chattopadhyay is the creative producer of the film. “Ghore Pherar Gaan is a musical love story. The rhythm of a musical has to be perfect. It needs to be poetic and have a lyrical quality. My editor Sumit Chowdhury has worked with me for six years now through all my directorial ventures. We have made the teaser together. It has been made keeping the essence of the love story in mind while matching the musical tone for the film. I wanted to highlight the chemistry between Param and Ishaa’s characters, Imran and Tora and their love,” said Aritra.
