One will find flowering trees such as Jarul, Ashoka, Shiuli, Palash, Bakula, Plumeria alba, Plumeria rubra, Tabebuia rosea, Callistemon myrtaceae, Delonix regia, Brownea ariza, Michelia champaca, African tulip, Bauhinia blakeana, Cassia roxburghii, etc. as well as fruit-bearing trees such as Mango, Guava, Jackfruit, Bael, etc.

Residents also have access to a wide variety of healing herbs in their backyard like Neem trees (Neem is a popular medicinal herb in Ayurveda; it is an effective anti-viral and anti-bacterial.
