Footwear firm Khadim India on Monday said that its CEO Namrata Ashok Chotrani has tendered her resignation citing personal reasons.
In a stock exchange filing the company informed that its board of directors at a meeting held on Monday considered and took on record the resignation submitted by Namrata Ashok Chotrani from the position of chief executive officer.
“The said resignation would be effective from the close of business hours on March 23, 2023,” it added.
Chotrani joined as CEO in November 2019 and was earlier associated with the company for eight years in various roles, including non-voting observer and nominee director, representing Fairwinds Private Equity, and as a non-executive, non-independent director of the company.
Siddhartha Roy Burman is the chairman and managing director of the company.
Last month, the company informed market analysts of the doubling of sales in the first half.
