Adani wins Ganga Expressway project worth Rs 17,000 crore

Adani Enterprises Ltd will build a 464km segment from Budaun to Prayagraj, the statement said

Adani Enterprises Ltd on Monday said it had received the letter of award from the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority to implement three major stretches of the greenfield Ganga Expressway.

The company said the project cost was over Rs 17,000 crore and that this was India’s largest-ever expressway project awarded to a private company under the public-private partnership framework.

The 594km expressway will connect Meerut with Prayagraj. AEL will build a 464km segment from Budaun to Prayagraj, the statement said.
