Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Russia should be stripped of its seat at the United Nations Security Council over invasion, reports AP.
Zelenskyy also turned down a Russian offer of peace talks in Belarus on the grounds that the Russian ally has played an integral part in the invasion of Ukraine, acting as a launch pad for Russian troops entering the country from the north.
The Kremlin said on Sunday that it had sent delegates to the Belarusian city of Homel for talks. .
