The National September 11 Memorial & Museum’s Tribute in Lights will shine this year after all, officials said on Saturday.

Governor Andrew M. Cuomo of New York said the state would provide the health personnel and supervision so that the display, which memorialises the attacks on the Twin Towers, could continue.
