The Scots trounced hosts Oman by 8 wickets to enter the Super 12 as toppers of Group B of the qualifying round.

While Leask (2/12), Josh Davey (3/25) and Safyaan Sharif (2/25) starred with the ball for Scotland, captain Kyle Coetzer (41) was top scorer in the chase. “…An opportunity for Scotland to test themselves against the best, the following back home is immense,” Coetzer said on his team’s qualification for the main round. Scotland will join India, Pakistan, New Zealand, Afghanistan
