Par & Tee edged past D Co–PB while Gladiators and RSH Signature played out a draw in the Q9 Golf League at the RCGC on Friday.
Par & Tee defeated D Co – PB 35-34 in a closely fought game. The Gladiators and RSH Signature contest ended 37-37.
Dr Rajesh Venkatesh and Vivek Dinodia, representing Par & Tee in the opening game, prevailed 18-16 over D Co–PB’s Amit Daga and Gaurav Upadhyay.
This result proved crucial in determining the outcome of the match as Soham Daga and Pavan Ghai pipped Par & Tee’s Harsh Hada and Deven Shah 18-17 in the second game.
The clash between Gladiators and RSH Signature turned out to be a thriller with the former winning the first game 19-18. Arjun Singh and Akshay Butta overcame a shaky start to beat RSH Signature’s Kamlesh Agarwal and Jagdish Jangid.
Thereafter, Yogesh Gupta and Mayukh Ray held their nerves against Gladiators’ Ranjit Singh and Sidhartha Tantia to win the second game 19-18 with the overall contest ending in a draw.
