ATK Mohun Bagan will have the chance to dislodge Mumbai City FC from pole position if they beat Jamshedpur FC in an ISL VII match at the Nehru Stadium in Fatorda on Sunday. Antonio Lopez Habas’s men have 33 points from 16 matches, while Mumbai City have 34.
The odds are in Mohun Bagan’s favour — while they has been the best team defensively, Jamshedpur have struggled for goals all season, scoring just four in their last seven.
And Habas struck a confident note ahead of the encounter. “Our boys are confident,” he said. “We have to focus on the last four matches since the target is to finish on top of the table.”
Habas will once again be counting on the likes of Roy Krishna and Marcelinho to make the difference.
