ATK Mohun Bagan began their Super Cup campaign with an emphatic 5-1 drubbing of Gokulam Kerala FC in Kozhikode on Monday.

As the home team fans watched in disbelief, the ISL IX champions toyed with Kerala FC scoring at will. Winger Liston Colaco was the star of the show, netting two early goals that put the green and maroon brigade in a comfortable position within the first 30 minutes.

Kerala FC’s defensive line was found wanting on multiple occasions, something that Hugo Boumous took advantage of to lodge a goal and an assist to his name.

Manvir Singh got the fourth and Kiyan Nassiri scored the fifth for the Calcutta team. Sergio Mendigutxia pulled one back for Kerala FC later in the second half.
