Portugal coach Fernando Santos has spotted the weaknesses in Belgium’s team. He’s just not going to tell anyone what they are.
Defending champions Portugal take on world No.1 Belgium on Sunday in the round of 16.
“I’m not going to talk about their weaknesses now because I don’t want them to know what I’m thinking,” Santos said. “But there are things we can explore. The game against Denmark showed some of their weaknesses.” Belgium won all their group matches, including a come-form-behind victory over Denmark.
Santos also had praise for the Belgians. “Belgium have a lot of strengths… It’s a team that likes to come out playing,” he said.
