Soon after England beat Ukraine 4-0 in the quarter-finals in Rome, fans of the Three Lions couldn't keep themselves grounded. Well, literally. Hundreds of them climbed the Shaftesbury memorial fountain in Picadilly Circus, as the Three Lions qualified for the semi-finals of the European Championship for the first time in 25 years.

The Three Lions were with limited hope support during the quarter-final match versus Ukraine, a test that Harry Kane and company passed with flying colours.
Before the match, the Italian government had explicitly warned Britain-based England fans to stay away from the game unless they can prove they have observed five days of quarantine since arriving. However, this was their only game away from home.
England now return to Wembley Stadium as they face Denmark on Thursday. If Gareth Southgate's men win on Thursday, their summit showdown on July 12 will be held at the same historic venue.
