Son of God of Cricket unsold at IPL auction: None bids 30 lakhs on Arjun Tendulkar

Arjun Tendulkar went unsold at the 2025 IPL mega auction in Jeddah.

"Sachin Tendulkar has carried the burden of the nation for 21 years. It is time we carried him on our shoulders," famously said Virat Kohli after India lifted the 2011 ICC World Cup in Wankhede.

Although the God of Cricket made to unparalleled contribution to the sport, Arjun could not find a team.

In 2023, Arjun made his IPL debut for the Mumbai Indians against Kolkata Knight Riders. In five matches, he scored 13 runs and took three wickets.
