Gujarat Titans will look to end Rajasthan Royals’ unbeaten run in IPL 2024 so far when they face each other in Jaipur on Wednesday.

With four wins from four games, Rajasthan haven’t yet suffered a setback. The Titans have been inconsistent managing just two wins from five games.

Given the form of the Rajasthan batters and bowlers, the Titans have a tall task. The trick to tame Rajasthan lies in keeping their batsmen silent and so the Titans would hope their bowlers have a good day in the office.

Barring opener Yashasvi Jaiswal, Rajasthan have had solid batsmanship from Jos Buttler, captain Sanju Samson and the fast-rising Riyan Parag. The Titans, however, do have the men who can challenge Rajasthan.

The Afghan spin pair of Rashid Khan and Noor Ahmad will play a key role. Wily old pacer Mohit Sharma too will be important.

The Titans, however, also have concerns about their batting line-up and team combination. Keeper Wriddhiman Saha and South African David Miller missed the last match with injuries. Are they fit? If not, captain Shubman Gill has a lot to think about. Matthew Wade may get a look-in.
