Hardik Pandya has jumped eight places to a best-ever fifth position in the latest ICC T20I all-rounders’ rankings following his excellent outing against Pakistan in the Asia Cup on Sunday. Hardik claimed 3/25 and scored 33 not out from just 17 balls during their five-wicket victory.

The all-rounder is vital to India’s chances in the World Cup in Australia. Afghanistan’s blistering start to the Asia Cup has not gone unnoticed, with a number of players rewarded in the updated rankings.
