Doping shadow
South Africa Test cricketer Zubayr Hamza has tested positive for a prohibited substance under the ICC’s anti-doping code after a test conducted in January, Cricket South Africa (CSA) said.
The CSA statement further said Hamza, who has played six Tests and an ODI so far, is “not disputing” the positive test, “cooperating fully with the ICC” and has agreed to voluntary suspension commencing immediately.
