The action of the second season of the Prime Volleyball League shifts to Hyderabad and all eyes will be on the vital encounter between Kolkata Thunderbolts, the defending champions, and Calicut Heroes on Thursday. Both teams are unbeaten in the tournament so far.

Speaking on the eve of the match, Thunderbolts’ attacker Rahul K said: “It feels great that we won our first three matches.

“The victories have given boosted the team morale and we want to make it four out of four and extend that winning streak.”

He said: “We have to learn from our mistakes and cannot repeat them, else they will cost us the game since Calicut Heroes are our most formidable opponents.

“Both teams are equally strong and unbeaten and will give their best while fans will witness high-octane action.”

He added: “We are focusing on our strengths and not worrying about the opposition.

“We know what we need to do. It is important for us to continue the winning momentum”.
