Abhishek Porel has been named captain of the Bengal U-19 team in the Cooch Behar Trophy that begins from December 2.
The team, under the supervision of head coach Devang Gandhi, will play their group-phase matches in New Delhi. They begin their campaign versus Bihar on the opening day of the tournament.
