Mehvish Mushtaq Hakak (@mehviish): In 2013, she became the first Kashmiri woman to develop an Android application. Called Dial Kashmir, the idea was to give the region its business directory and make it easy for people to stay connected.

Anubha Maneshwar (@anubhamane): Anubha is the founder of GirlScript Foundation, a non-profit organisation that supports and educates women in technology. Founded in 2017, some of the students went on to have jobs at big tech companies.

Sairee Chahal (@Sairee): Sairee’s first entrepreneurial experience was in 1999 with Newslink Services but the girl from Muzaffarnagar made it famous with SHEROES, a women only social network that offers support, resources, counseling and opportunities for women professionals.

Mala Gupta (@emalagupta): The Java champion is behind JetBrains. She has wanted to be a programmer since she was Class VI and her dream was fulfilled. She is also published author with Manning, Packt and O’Reilly publications.

Priya Lakhani (@priyalakhani): Founder and CEO of Century Tech, Priya is an expert when it comes to AI-based learning technologies and tools for schools and colleges. Her company’s goal is to constantly create scalable technology that creates a personalised learning path for every student across any curriculum.
