Five out of seven winners in the Best of Play 2024 India apps list were developed by Indian companies. Further, the list touches upon AI and how it is revolutionising the way we go about work. India has emerged as the global leader in AI mobile app downloads, accounting for 21 per cent of global downloads.

Best app goes to Alle: Your AI Fashion Stylist, Best for Fun: Alle, Best for Personal Growth: Headlyne, Best Hidden Gem: Rise (Habit List), Best Everyday Essential: Fold (Expense Tracker), Best for Large Screens: Sony LIV, Best for Watches: Baby Daybook and Best Multi-device app: WhatsApp Messanger.

In the games section (India), Best Game goes to Squad Busters, Best Made in India: Indus Battle Royale Mobile, Best Indie: Bloom, Best Ongoing: Battlegrounds Mobile India, Best Pick Up and Play: Bullet Echo India, Best Multi-device game: Clash of Clans, Best Multiplayer: Squad Busters, Best Story: Yes, Your Grace, Best of Play Pass: Zombie Sniper War 3 (Fire FPS), Best for Google Play Games on PC: Cookie Run.
