V.S. Bhaskar, chairman, board of revenue, Assam and additional chief secretary to the government of Assam, hill areas, mines & minerals and pensions and public grievances, have been relieved of the additional charge of additional chief secretary to the government of Assam, mines and minerals.

Avinash Purushottam Das Joshi, principal secretary to the government of Assam, sports and youth welfare, environment and forests and excise departments, has been transferred and posted as principal secretary to the government of Assam, environment and forests and excise departments.

Joshi, is also principal secretary to the government of Assam, with mines and minerals as additional charge.

M. Angamuthu, commissioner and secretary to the government of Assam, welfare of plain tribes and backward classes, tourism, secretariat administration and general administration departments and commissioner, north Assam division, has been posted as commissioner and secretary to the government of Assam, sports and youth welfare department as additional charge.
