our watchlist:
Hollywood
1. Salem’s Lot: Based on Stephen King’s novel of the same name,
Gary Dauberman’s directorial features a vampire lord, an author, a love story —
and a mysterious house named Marsten. An eerie tale unfolds around these
elements. If you love vampire flicks and are looking for something beyond
rewatching Twilight or The Vampire Diaries, the Lewis Pullman,
Makenzie Leigh and Alexander Ward-starrer Salem’s Lot is a must-watch.
P.S. Don’t forget to add the book to your reading list too! Watch here.
2. The Watchers: A supernatural horror fantasy done right, the
film is based on A.M. Shine’s book, The Watchers. Marking Ishana Night
Shyamalan’s directorial debut, the story follows an artist trapped in a
mysterious forest. Set in Ireland, the film stars Dakota Fanning, Georgina
Campbell and Oliver Finnegan. Watch here.

2. Munjya: Sharvari Wagh’s hit dance number, Taras, is reason enough
to watch this film. But so is the intriguing plot. A horror-comedy set in the
Konkan region, the film blends unrequited love, black magic and generational
trauma into a unique cinematic experience. Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, it
also stars Abhay Verma, Mona Singh and Ayush Ulagadde as the eponymous Munjya.
