Manoj Bajpayee is known for his ability to effortlessly slip into the shoes of unique characters with every role. For his latest project, the actor is set to play one of his most challenging roles yet. Zee5 shared a glimpse of the actor’s turn as journalist Joy Bag in the trailer for their new film, Despatch. The premise is set against the GDR 2G scam, an event that shook the nation. Bag is a reporter who will stop at nothing to get the truth out, and Bajpayee really leans into the emotional turmoil of a seemingly insignificant man trying to stand up to an institution way above his pay grade. But will he succeed? We will only find out when Despatch premieres on Zee5, on December 13!
