Few songs provide solace from a painful world, and the promise of things getting better like The Beatles’ ballad, Let It Be. Disney + gave a wholesome gift to fans of the band, releasing a trailer of a documentary named after the song, which will be streamed for the first time in 50 years. Originally released in 1970, the streaming giant has restored Let It Be and will give music lovers a glimpse into the studio and Apple Corps’ London rooftop in 1969, as the band wrote the Grammy Award-winning album, and performed it live for the final time as a group. Releasing on May 8, this is a chance to watch John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr at the height of their skill.
