After missing out on
their golden dreams at the Paris Olympics, India’s Men’s Hockey team made a
remarkable showing in China during the Asian Champions Trophy. Beating the
hosts 1-0 with a fantastic goal by Jugraj Singh giving India a victory in the finals. Winning
the coveted trophy for the record fifth time, India asserted their dominance
over the Asian Hockey circuit with Captain Harmanpreet Singh winning the Player of the
Tournament award for his seven
goals and brilliant captaincy.
My Kolkata congratulates the team on their stellar
performance and wishes them continued success in future tournaments. Catch all
the celebrations on social media and don’t miss our wrap-up reel showcasing
India’s unbeaten journey to the trophy.
