Hrithik Roshan has not been ruling our hearts with just his good (read best) looks, groovy moves and acting chops but also his simplistic yet motivational takes on life. The actor, who often shares glimpses from his personal life on his social media handles, recently posted a photo in which he can be seen showing his biceps. But, the snap comes with a mantra on eating right, sleeping on time and adding meditation to one’s every day routine.
This is what he wrote: “...What has helped me change my course and up my joy is meditation. Sounds so boring. But once you give it enough time , magical things happen. I started with 10 mins a year ago. And today an hour seems less” wrote Vikram Vedha actor. Preity G Zinta, who commented with “Wow ! U gotta teach me how to meditate n build those muscles 🔥🔥” took us on an instant Koi... Mil Gaya nostalgia ride and slotting a rewatch over the weekend.
