It’s true, Aryan Khan is making his big debut. But unlike
his sister, Suhana Khan, he won’t be stepping into acting. Instead, he will
carry forward his father Shah Rukh Khan’s cinematic legacy by venturing into
direction. The 27-year-old, who is also an entrepreneur and the creative force
behind the label Dyavol, will showcase his craft in a web series for Netflix.
The OTT platform has partnered with Red Chillies Entertainment for the project,
with Aryan’s mother, Gauri Khan, as the producer. The project is yet untitled
and is set for release in 2025.
.The doting dad and Badshah of B-Town welcomed his son with
an inspirational message on X where he wrote, “Here’s to untamed story
telling….controlled chaos…gutsy scenes and lots and lots of fun and emotions.
Go forth and entertain people Aryan and remember, There’s No business like Show
business!!” Suhana wrote in the comments of the announcement on Instagram,
“Sooo excited ”. Bollywood celebrities like Malaika Arora, Farah
Khan Kunder, Bollywood’s fabulous wives Bhavana Panday, Maheep Kapoor and
Shalini Passi also cheered for the young gun.
Aryan is a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree holder from USC
School of Cinematic Arts in film and television production. He was also a voice
actor in the Hindi versions of The Incredibles and The Lion King.
