She was at the centre of a criminal case that gripped the nation. Now you can read her own version of the events and what happened before and after. Recently launched by HarperCollins India, Unbroken: The Untold Story is the memoir of Indrani Mukerjea, a media baron of Indian origin accused of murdering her own daughter Sheena Bora in 2012.
According to Indrani, the book is a product of the six and a half years she spent in Mumbai's Byculla women’s prison for her alleged crime. Indrani has been candid in her memoir, which presents her perspective in detail. The book also delves into the intricacies of the delicate human connections in her life, her heartache at betrayal, and the weight of her sorrow. She showcases her “enduring strength” in the face of overwhelming odds.
