Want to grow ‘love in a tub’? Well, it has nothing to do with George Etherege's 1664 comical play. What we mean is microgreens in ice cream tubs! In our apartments, most of us can hardly think about relishing freshly harvested greens right from our home gardens. But grower Abhinav Yadav shows us the way in a reel.
If you have empty ice-cream tubs at home, all you have to do is make holes in them, add soil mix and plant the seeds. With good care and some sunlight, you can have superfood grown right at home. Yadav shows us how to grow pink radish, bok choy, purple radish, coriander and wheatgrass microgreens in this reel.
Did you know microgreens are four to five times more nutritious than mature vegetables? You can add them to your salads and enjoy a healthy meal whenever you wish. So get growing!
