Deepika Padukone and her husband Ranveer Singh, recently
welcomed their baby girl on September 8. All through her pregnancy, the actress
remained committed to practicing prenatal yoga — as instructed by her yoga
trainer, Anshuka Parwani, in a heartfelt Instagram post. Parwani expressed her
pride in guiding Deepika through the nine-month journey, praising her
commitment, positivity and trust in the process. She emphasised how yoga played
a crucial role in Deepika’s physical and mental preparation for childbirth,
adding that it is known to support quicker postpartum recovery and overall
well-being during pregnancy.
Prenatal yoga is recognised for its holistic benefits, like
improving flexibility, strength and breathing techniques, while also reducing
stress. The actress’s dedication to yoga only proves the importance of prenatal
care for a smoother transition into motherhood.
