In a recent post on social media, Deepika, who is also behind the skincare brand 82°E, shared a glimpse of her self-care routine during the advanced stage of her pregnancy. On Self Care Month, she shared a sneak peek for her dedication towards fitness.
“I don’t work out to ‘look good’ but to ‘feel fit’”, shared the Kalki 2898 AD actress on Instagram. “However, when I can’t fit in a workout, I practise this simple 5-minute routine. I do this every day, whether I work out or not. It’s especially useful after a long flight or just to decompress”, she further shared about her workout routine.
