Iman Chakraborty and Soham Mukherjee absolutely
nail it as they attempt to recreate A. R. Rahman’s Roja Janeman. The two
artistes, seated next to each other with a guitar, kick off the song with
seamless harmony. Iman leads with the lyrics, while Soham adds his voice to
amplify parts of the song. Despite being a home recording, the entire audio
sounds professional — hinting at a potential studio version soon.
While Soham and Iman have often shared the stage,
with Soham on bass guitar, these impromptu unplugged sessions add a fun twist.
