LEGO has a particular love for creating huge, sprawling and
sometimes unrealistic structures with its bricks. The latest LEGO creation
though, made the entire world take notice. The Bank of China (Hong King)
Limited and Legend Creative Enterprise Limited created history on September 23,
by building the largest LEGO brick diorama, which is spread over 47.63 m² of
land, and took three million bricks to build!
Recognised by the Guinness World Records, this structure was
inspired by Along the River During the Qingming Festival, a handscroll
painting by the Chinese painter Zhang Zeduan. The project took five months to
accomplish, over almost 1,000 people joining in building history. This isn’t
just an incredible LEGO creation, but an architectural masterpiece!
