A Formula 1 weekend is always exciting, especially during the sizzling Singapore Grand Prix. As part of the annual entertainment lineup, we simply can't forget the legendary monitor lizards making their grand cameos. While we’ve previously seen Max Verstappen come face to face with Godzilla, a smaller monitor lizard was spotted darting around the Marina Bay circuit this time.
This little speedster was outpacing the track marshals like it was auditioning for a spot on the grid. While Lando Norris took the top prize on Sunday, our scaly friend snagged the honour of purple sectors. For those not in the F1 loop, that means it recorded the fastest sector times. Check out this lizard making waves during Practice 3 on Saturday, which hilariously led to a red flag! Who knew a monitor lizard could steal the show?
