Wedding on the cards and finalising bridal fashion knick knacks? Take cues from Sobhita Dhulipala, who has served a mini handbook on bridal fashion from her wedding ceremonies with Naga Chaitanya:
- Fit check: Sobhita’s recent photos from the wedding portraits capture her in a rich brown silk sari and a white sari with red border. Both the colour combinations are timeless, and so is the fabric. The shiny finish of a silk sari, the zari work, and the intricate embroidery makes both the saris investment buys that can be worn later as well
- Hero the roots: Some occasions call for heroing the roots. Sobhita’s heavy neckpieces with kundan work, the matching earrings, and the matha patti give the look the bridal glam it needs. The arm bands and the bangles accentuate the look more. The septum ring and the nose ring gives a good finish
- The ‘look’: Since the sari and jewellery are glamorous, Sobhita’s light base, peachy eyeshadow and lip colour, and winged eyeliner with a hint of kohl balance the look. The artistic bindi makes the bridal look all rounded
