Planning a lavish Aiburobhat spread for
your loved ones but short on time to cook up a feast? Ilish Truly Bong has you
covered. This Bengali restaurant on Park Street is back with its Aiburobhaat
thali, featuring an array of traditional Bengali delicacies. From Basanti Pulao
to Katla Maachher Muro, the thali offers around 15 items. It also includes the
quintessential panch rokom bhaja (five types of fried vegetables), a
must-have for any Aiburobhat celebration.
For starters, you can choose between
Bhetki Paturi and Kolkata Bhetki Fry. The fish options include Katla Maachher
Asto Muro, Katla Bhaja, or Katla Kaliya. Prawns are also on the menu, with a
choice of Golda Chingrir Malai Curry or Daab Chingri. Savour Ghee Bhaat and
Basanti Pulao with Pathar Kasha Mangsho, Jompesh Murgi or Pabda Rupnarayaner
Jhal.
Complete the meal with a serving of payesh.
The spread is thoughtfully arranged and served in the traditional Aiburobhat
style, making it a perfect celebration for the bride-to-be.
